Quick answers about Pure IPTV Abo, setup and playback. For device-specific steps, see our setup guides.
About the service
What is Pure IPTV Abo?
Pure IPTV Abo is an IPTV subscription service. After you sign up, you receive personal access details that you enter into a compatible IPTV player app on your TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet or computer. Our setup guides and support team help you get everything running.
What do I need before I start?
You need a compatible device, a stable internet connection and a player app that supports M3U playlists or Xtream Codes logins. Once your subscription is active, you also need the access details we send you.
Which devices are supported?
Pure IPTV Abo works on devices that can run a compatible IPTV player, including Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV devices, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or macOS computers. If you are unsure about your device, contact support before you subscribe.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device?
You can install your player on several devices, but how many can stream at the same time depends on the plan you choose. Please check the plan details or ask our support team before you subscribe.
Setup and players
How does setup work?
Setup takes three steps: install a compatible IPTV player on your device, enter the access details you received (an M3U playlist URL or an Xtream Codes login), and wait for the channel list to load. Our device guides walk you through each step for Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Android, iPhone, iPad and PC.
How do I configure a compatible player?
Open your player and look for an option such as Add playlist, Add user or Login. Choose M3U URL if you received a playlist link, or Xtream Codes if you received a server URL, username and password. Enter the details exactly as provided, without extra spaces, then save and let the player load your channel list.
What is the difference between an M3U URL and an Xtream Codes login?
Both give your player access to the same subscription. An M3U URL is a single link containing your playlist. An Xtream Codes login splits the details into a server URL, username and password, and many players use it to load categories and guide data more efficiently. Use whichever format your player supports best.
Do you provide the player app?
No. Pure IPTV Abo provides the subscription and access details. Player apps are made by independent developers and are available from your device's app store. Our guides explain what to look for so you can pick a player that suits your device.
Playback and troubleshooting
What should I do if playback has a problem?
Start with the basics: restart the player app, restart your device and router, and check that your internet connection is stable. A wired Ethernet connection usually helps. If one channel fails but others work, try again later. If the problem continues, contact support with your device, player app and a short description of what you see.
Why does my stream buffer or freeze?
Buffering usually comes from a slow or unstable connection, a busy Wi-Fi network or an overloaded device. Close other apps, move closer to your router or use a cable, and pause large downloads on your network. Our blog article on reducing buffering covers more fixes step by step.
My player says the login is invalid. What now?
Check that you copied the details exactly: server URLs, usernames and passwords are case-sensitive and must not contain extra spaces. Make sure you chose the right login type (M3U or Xtream Codes) in your player. If it still fails, contact support so we can check your account status.
