Before you start
- Have your access details ready: an M3U URL, or a server URL, username and password.
- If you received an EPG (TV guide) URL, keep it handy too.
- Connect your device to the internet — Ethernet is best for TVs.
- Update your device software to the latest version.
Quick fixes if something doesn't work
- Restart the player app, then the device, then your router.
- Check that your access details were entered exactly, with no extra spaces.
- Make sure you selected the right login type — M3U or Xtream Codes.
- Use a wired connection or move closer to your router.
- Update the player app and your device software.
M3U or Xtream Codes?
Both login formats connect your player to the same subscription. Xtream Codes is often more convenient on TVs; M3U works almost everywhere, including VLC.
